Refund & Return Policy
Refund and return policies will be estbalished in the terms of agreement which our clients enter with us, on a project by project basis.
In all cases, it is important to consider the nature of our "products and services" are not of a physical nature, and consist of information, advice, content,
intellectual property and/or instructions.
In the case where a pre-payment has been made, for which a product or service has not been delivered, a refund will be issued.
In cases where a refund is requested after delivery of product or service, when the product or service is does not fulfill the client's requirements outlined
in an agreement to which Nova Media Group LLC has agreed, a refund will be issued in full without the application of any additional fees of any kind.
